As a Senior Java EE Developer at ITS, I contributed to the TMA project, working on multiple Java EE & React applications within the Karavel information system.
My work covered several key platforms, including Venteboo (an agency-based client order management platform), Offers Catalogue, the self-care portal, and a reporting & KPI analytics application.

- Developed and delivered front-end and back-end features with a 100% success rate in production, ensuring zero rollbacks across all go-lives.
- Conducted code reviews and enforced Clean Code principles to maintain high-quality standards.
- Diagnosed and resolved critical production issues, improving system stability and performance.
- Configured and automated build & deployment pipelines using Jenkins, reducing deployment time.
- Delivered production releases and assisted with deployment and troubleshooting in case of installation issues.
- Onboarded and mentored three new developers, ensuring they became fully operational and productive within their first two weeks.
