Experience overview :
As a Java EE Developer at Bull (now Atos), I contributed to the development and maintenance of the INWI CRM portal, a Java EE application developed as part of a CRM revamp. This portal serves as the primary interface for INWI sales points in Morocco, facilitating B2B and B2C customer management and payment processing for INWI products and services.
Responsibilities & Achievements :
- Developed and optimized new features for the B2B/B2C Selfcare Portal, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Designed and implemented SOAP APIs (WSDL), ensuring smooth communication between services.
- Conducted bug fixes, testing, and validation.
- Designed and developed reports using iReport.
- Collaborated with the teams to assess feasibility, technical constraints, and workload estimation for new features.
- Ensured production stability by handling incidents, debugging issues, and resolving database inconsistencies.
